An immersive culinary and cultural experience designed for team retreats and leadership gatherings.

Menu: Guests are welcomed with a flavorful bite of Àkàrà and Dòdò served with Àtā Dīn Dīn. The shared lunch features our Signature Chi-Town Jollof paired with a choice of protein—either Peri-Peri Chicken or slow-braised goat—accompanied by oven-roasted vegetables and sweet plantains. Dessert is a rich Nyangbo Chocolate Brownie to finish the meal on a sweet note. An optional enhancement of bottled Zobo (hibiscus drink) is also available for $179 per 20 guests.

Our flagship culinary experience celebrating the diversity of West African cuisine through food, storytelling, and hospitality.

Menu: The experience begins with a welcome reception featuring three West African hors d’oeuvres such as suya-spiced skewers, Shakara shrimp, and Red Red. Àkàrà may also be selected as one of the hors d’oeuvres depending on the service format. Guests then enjoy a chef-curated West African dining experience centered on our Signature Chi-Town Jollof. The meal concludes with dessert, featuring a Nyangbo Chocolate Brownie or a seasonal dessert selection. An optional enhancement of bottled Zobo (hibiscus drink) is also available for $179 per 20 guests.
